My name is Rivana Vavshack. I specialise in Information Management, Automation Integrations and Operational Intelligence, assisting business leaders in moving from manual, disconnected processes to real-time, decision-ready operating models.
I work with data and asset-heavy, heavily regulated, operationally complex industries, often referred to as capital project-intensive. Undergoing digital innovation, transitioning from traditional break-fix, analogue models to data-driven, predictive, and digital-native operations.
In these environments, data gaps become compliance risk, and decision latency becomes margin loss. When data exists across ERP systems, spreadsheets, IoT devices and reporting tools, and it is not structured, connected or automated, the information flow is disrupted, and organisations are facing:
